I was embarrassed by an employee who was rude and angry and lied. I had purchased 300 dollars worth of things for my father and was able to use my taxes exempt card that the government had issued me my mother and father. The guy and manager were very nice and had no problem they took a picture of my ID. I went back 30 minutes later to get my dad some more clothes and when I went up to the clerk he was a bald white guy. He appeared angry and frustrated. I told him I had a tax exempt card and he asked for my ID aggressively and with a hostile, tired and annoyed manner. He said I can’t let you use it. It doesn’t have your name and your dad isn’t here. I told him the government issued my dad this including one for me and my mom. That is why they gave us three seperate cards. I also explained he is disabled it’s not practical for him to show up which hurt me so much because he doesn’t understand his circumstance he is in being disabled. That is why he was able to obtain the card for us. This was so sad and emberassing. He than said the address is different and I explained that he has multiple houses and refused to sell or let me use the tax exempt right after using it 30 minutes ago and then already taking my picture and putting me in the system. He said it’s impossible which was a lie and kept looking at the ground. I asked for the manager and he said I am the manager but it wasn’t true because the manager had already let me used it. He told me to leave and I was embarrassed.

Darrell was very friendly and helpful. He greeted me immediately and was very attentive and helped me think through my new shoe purchase. I was looking for a hybrid running shoe and he helped me find the perfect pair! Five Stars give this man props!

They are denying tax exempt if you don’t allow the employee to take a picture of your tax card and ID in their PERSONAL PHONES! This is illegal, watch these people protect your self folks, I made the manger write his info down because he is allowing this and denying military personnel.
