A few days ago, I stopped in for basketball sweatpants for a few tall players and the staff were helpful and professional. Came back today for a few more pairs and had a completely different experience. An employee that can only be described as a Temu Rick Ross completely ignored us while starring at his phone. Then he just ambled away. It seemed like the staff just wanted the customers to leave so they could close early.

I went in the nike outlet when the store manager christian was working. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was overwhelmed with joy and gladness customer service was above and beyond thank you christian !

I had the best experience today. I got great deals on my purchases. Yimi was so helpful with finding everything I wanted, and answered all the questions I had. Aaliyah was so polite and provided wonderful customer service

Hello my name is Keisha Bennett. I’m writing you to file a formal complaint against your store in Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover Md. The incident happened today 7/19/25 at approximately 11:30am. My son and I came to the store to shop for clothing and other necessary for school. While in the store my son and I separated as he was picking out items as well as myself. Once he was finished he came into the front of the store looking around for me. While doing so an associate by the name of Nat called over the radio for all store associates to block the exit under the false pretense that my minor son was going to steal a backpack. Once my child seen me he came over to me and gave me the items that he wanted me to purchase. After I finished getting everything I wanted I went to the register to complete my sale. Once my sale was completed I asked to speak to a manager in which she came from the back office and spoke with me. I felt as if my concerns had fallen on deaf ears and that we didn’t matter. I then asked her could she also bring Nat into the conversation because I felt as if my son was owed an apology. Instead of apologizing she became defensive and combative. Trying to justify her actions as if she was right in what she did. I understand that there are people out here that do steal but she shouldn’t have grouped certain people into that category. I was taken aback by her actions and assumptions. My son was hurt , embarrassed, and distraught by actions. It hurt me as his mother to see him cry in disbelief as if he did something wrong by looking for me as his mother to buy the things that he picked out today in the store. Due to these employees actions I will not patronize this store ever again. I would hope in the future that this type of thing does not happen to anyone else so they won’t be made to feel like we did.
