Bottom line is that Nick is an amazing realtor and you should hire him now! He helped us through the process of buying our first house in Canada: he was so patient and helpful explaining to us things we didn’t understand because they are different than buying a house in the US. He really got to know us to figure out what house we would like and gave us personalized recommendations which saved us time. And when the perfect house came on the market he alerted us immediately and gave us a virtual tour so we could act quickly from the US. We always felt in very good hands, and Nick took the time to explain various elements of the houses we saw from a construction perspective as he is very knowledgeable in this area.
