I would give it a zero if I could. Not for anyone at the guard shack, they were great. This place is dysfunctional!!!! I had a pick up for preload was supposed to be ready 12/9 @00:01 -12/9 @23:59. Well get there give trailer number to be told I couldn't get the load because their jockey didn't pull from door. & they were gone for weekend. My company gave me a different trailer to pick up the next morning the same issue trailer was still at dock. Not 1 or 2 but 3 different trailers that where supposed to be ready on the 9th were still at dock & nothing could be done until Monday morning.

I bought an air conditioner from Amazon Warehouse Deals (used) and they shipped me a smaller unit instead. I ordered a 12000 BTU unit and received an 8000 BTU unit. Obviously someone had committed return fraud, and they sent back the smaller unit but kept the bigger one. The original shipping label was still on the box which was for this company: Cal Cartage. So someone at this company committed return fraud against Amazon and probably got away with it, since they didn't check to make sure it was the right unit. Now I have to send back this 70 pound unit just because this company wanted to save a few bucks. So beware of doing business with this company because they will try to defraud you!
