Elian’s quote included a full replacement of everything, and of the three contractors we spoke with, his price was slightly lower than the others. In addition, he offered to get the work done earlier than the other contractors. On the day of the project, he arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and walked us through all of the new equipment (including helping us get the app to work on our phones). As a woman, I am always skeptical of repair persons wanting to take advantage of my gender but when I had my garage serviced back in 2021, I felt comfortable with the service person and the charge amount. Naturally, when my garage door refused to open a few weeks ago, I called on the same business. After setting the appointment for a Friday morning, Ahmad Elian was flexible when I called back to move it up to Thursday. A week after the repairs my garage door refused to close (opposite problem) with just one push of the remote. I called Ahmad back and he shared some strategies to close the door and went a step further to come out and adjust my sensors … something that was not part of the original repair … and at no cost!
