I cannot say enough about the job Fabian did in addressing our hot water tank issue. There are many technicians who have knowledge but not many that have Fabian's skills in explaining the issue and the remedy. He is patient and has excellent communication skills including letting me know if he was detained, showing up when he said he would. He is a great asset for NewTown and we have put it and Fabian on our speed dial. Great job Fabian and much appreciated.

After getting several quotes I decided to go with Fabian and Newtown Energy for my furnace and hot water tank replacement. He didn't have the lowest quote, but Fabian earned my business with his knowledge, professionalism, and adaptibility to my requirements and timelines. While on site, he and Eric showed great care and attention to detail. After the installs, they even went out of their way to fix aesthetic issues with older ductwork, electrical, and plumbing lines, and added insulation to exposed hot water lines. Fabian from day one listened to my preferences, desired outcomes and put together a great plan for me. Ended up having a Mitsubishi Zuba Central heat pump installed, a Rheem heat pump water heater, and an ERV. They also replaced a lot of the duct work.
