He discussed how long treatment may take and the effectiveness and results of treatment. I left with an understanding and determination to feel better.

Booked a massage for my boyfriend from Groupon. He has a very labor intensive career, is emotionally drained and has no time for himself ever. He's also never had a massage before. He called, made the appointment, gave them the Groupon number etc and they said he was all set. This office is an hour away from us so he drove an hour only to be told they accidentally never officially made his appointment and he wasn't on their schedule. They couldn't accommodate him that day even though it was their mistake. They had to reschedule him. He went back home. He drove 2 hours that day for no reason. I feel so bad now for wasting his precious time by choosing this office. I felt inclined to speak up because my boyfriend is too sweet to say anything even if it does disturb his peace. I really hope the massage is good for him when he finally receives it. Bad first impression and unfortunately I professional :( In response to the owner: no it's was definitely your office because when my boyfriend arrived for his massage, they already knew which massage therapist he was going to be with, his information was in the system and they already had the Groupon number on file. But nice try.
