I had an issue with my walk-in closet where heat wasn’t reaching the vents. Before hiring Eyal, I consulted multiple contractors who couldn’t solve the problem, with most recommending an expensive mini-split system just to heat the closet for a couple of months a year. When Eyal arrived for the estimate, his diagnostic process was incredibly thorough. He carefully traced the duct running from my basement furnace to the attic registers connected to the closet, taking extra steps to ensure he identified the correct vent. His solution was refreshingly simple and cost-effective—a booster fan to address the issue. During the installation, his crew encountered unexpected challenges with the ductwork that required additional effort to make the solution viable. I started to worry about the potential costs of cutting walls and modifying ducts, but Eyal was exceptionally honest and fair in adjusting the price for the unforeseen work. His team worked tirelessly, spending extra hours to ensure everything was done right. I am truly impressed with Eyal’s expertise, integrity, and the dedication of his crew. The team was very diligent and made an extremely good job, installing a cooling and heating system in my very an old house. The situation was tricky because there was very little space to install ducts and pipes, a lot of companies turned off the job. But new vision accepted it and finished on time. I am very happy with their prestation.
