Next, driver was dragging the shipment through elevated grass instead of communicating he needed help finding an alternate means of moving delivery 15-20 feet from street corner to the front curb. I will specifically avoid this company next time.

I had spoken to the central office and it was supposed to be delivered up our freight elevator. I told their driver this and he starts cursing. I called the central office and the driver tried to stop me! I told him I was talking to his boss, so he cursed me out some more and then LEFT. took my equipment with him! Later their dispatch said the problem was the equipment was too big for him to unload.. a bad lie and I went downstairs and took pictures of the skid. SEE YOU IN COURT
