SCAMMED. extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by your clinic and to report the misleading information and subsequent financial distress we have encountered. My husband was scheduled for a tummy tuck, J-Plasma, and liposuction procedure at your facility. Initially, we were informed that the surgery could not proceed due to elevated sugar levels and that a follow-up blood test would be necessary in a few months. After ensuring his sugar levels were managed over the stipulated period, we returned for a reevaluation. Post-test, we received a call from your receptionist confirming that my husband's condition was satisfactory for the surgery scheduled for the upcoming Sunday. Accordingly, I made the full payment on the same day. However, the next day, which was a Saturday, my husband was told he needs to meet with the doctor before he goes into surgery. During this appointment, it was shockingly revealed that the surgery could not proceed due to his sugar levels still being too high, directly contradicting the information provided by your receptionist. This not only caused significant inconvenience but also led us to question the integrity of the information communicated by your staff. Given this discrepancy and the clear miscommunication, we decided to cancel the procedure with your clinic. Despite this, it has been three weeks since the cancellation, and we have yet to receive our refund. We have repeatedly requested updates on the refund status, only to be met with promises of updates "tomorrow" that never materialize. Even after personally visiting the clinic, I was assured by the receptionist that the refund would be available the following day, which again did not occur. We find ourselves in an untenable situation, having paid for a service not rendered and facing continuous delays in receiving our money back.. We urge your clinic to expedite the refund process and provide a concrete timeline for when we can expect our money to be returned. At this point we are forced to take further legal action and report this incident to the appropriate regulatory bodies.

I like how they treat their customers and most specially the quality of service they provide.
