Will and his team were excellent from start to finish. I originally had Will come by to check out a leak on my roof, and he pointed out some significant storm damage that qualified for an insurance claim. On the day of the adjuster appointment, Will and his partner arrived early to mark all the problem areas and met with the adjuster to ensure everything was properly documented. Within 1–2 weeks, we received a check from the insurance company, and Will’s team was already replacing our entire roof. On top of everything, he upgraded my shingles from 3-tab to architectural shingles and even added shingles to my small shed—free of charge. Their communication, support, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the entire process. I’ve already recommended Will to friends and will absolutely continue to do so!
