David came to service my boiler today, I'm a first time customer. I received really good customer service (he rescheduled from before Christmas as he saw I needed a new washer on my boiler which he didn't have on him) and is very professional and tidy. He's a very pleasant chap, and was helpful setting up my new thermostat showing me how to use it. David was recommended to me by my partner who had bigger issues with radiators not working, and David had no issues fixing them. So I would absolutely recommend David to anyone else 👍

So thorough, so easy to get hold of, even when you just need some quick advice (like how to work your boiler when you’re not used to them!), and the additional bonus is that he’s just such a lovely man too. He looked, found a small problem with a piece of plastic pipe, got me a new one within 10 minutes and the whole thing was fixed in under an hour.
