Customer experiences
If I could sum up our experience with New England Paving in three words, they would be Professional, Smooth & Respectful. From the owner (Sam) to his Job-site Foreman (Ray), to his Truck drivers & laborers. His team were all pros! The disruption to our neighborhood was continuously minimized by by everyone’s commitment to getting their part of the job done. I have work / supervisor experience in the paving and light construction profession. Every man on Sam’s team were professional, polite, competent and completely sober. One part of the project moved seamlessly into the next without any unnecessary drama, yelling or damage to our lawns, flowers or home. Sam (owner) handled minor change requests to the project with ease & professionalism. A sign of a real pro. Ray (Foreman) made us feel respected as Homeowners by stopping, turning off his equipment and answering the few times we wanted clarification on different aspects of the project. He also stepped into the leadership role regularly when Sam (owner) was needed elsewhere. From start to finish the project took less than 6 hours and came out looking FANTASTIC. If you’re looking for a Paving Company, you won’t regret using NE Pacing. A+++, 6 stars, we couldn’t be happier to recommend! Thank you!!!
Amazing team! They did a perfect job on our home’s driveway. The entire process was seamless and the result exceeded expectations Highly recommend them for residential paving.
I used New England paving about 2 years ago and gave them a good review, i was told back then that the asphalt was 450 degrees and that was normal. I worked with asphalt in the military our asphalt was 275 degrees, the maximum should be 350 degrees. Now I have a crack that goes the width of my driveway and a 1/2 inch lip at the bottom and it has started to crumble. I don't remember the person who did the work but he was very arrogant and rude. I believe that because it was so hot when laid it took much longer to harden properly. My wife and I didn't drive on it for 3 days. I will never do business with them again.
Impressed by the professionalism and craftsmanship of New England Paving during our recent asphalt paving project. They communicated effectively throughout the process, answered all our questions, and delivered as promised. The crew was skilled and respectful of our property, and they left the work area clean. Our driveway looks fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would definitely recommend New England Paving to others!
