The guys at NCC worked quickly and finished the project under the estimated completion date. The expertise of Chris and crew is exceptional. They are very personable and have a great sense of humour. The true boss of the operation is Gord the fluffy foreman who loved to check in with residents and give sloppy kisses whenever possible. Vasile, Rob and Hemant are all so patient and understanding of the various requirements our members have and worked hard to make sure everyone was happy at the end of each day. I highly recommend them.

The contracting company was very organized in the first 6 months of the year and then I feel things kind of slipped and it was harder to get information on certain things going on. There was a change of the project manager which might have contributed to that. I know the company had other projects on the go at the same time. I personally did not have any major problems in my suite. The project did take longer than we were initially told as I heard there were some unforeseen issues. That’s to be expected. The coop does look so much better now. Thanks for all the hard work!

The project was completed early and all issues were corrected as they arose. Chris was a great communicator and the crew of Vasile, Rob and Hemant were awesome. They were sensitive to our members needs and there were no issues with the sub-trades that were brought in. I highly recommend this crew for any remediation project. There’s nothing they can’t do.
