I had a a lot of vibration in my car and despite visiting multiple shops for alignment and balancing I was never able to get the car to go straight properly , had issues on the highway mainly where the car would go from left to right without any stability. Finally through a friends recommendation I got in touch with Varun. I went in and in a few seconds and a look at the Tyre he was able to tell me the issue and explained clearly what was causing the issue. I decided to change my rims and tyres too. He was able to source the rims that I liked and brought over multiple options for me to fix on the car and try out what looks best before I decided and he took time to explain the difference and even weigh out the rims to show me how they play a part in the performance of the vehicle. He then introduced me to a highly skilled technician named Nidhin. Nidhin carefully assembled the rim I chose and did road force balancing after installing the Tyres I chose and explained each and every detail about the whole process before carefully and methodically assembling the rim with the hub cap and choosing the right type of nut for the studs as well. He then took the car for alignment and took over an hour to carefully correct the mistakes the previous alignment shops and made and fixed the alignment properly. I drove the car from Dubai to Abu Dhabi on the highway and I’ve never enjoyed the car as much as I did on the drive back. The team’s experience and expertise in all things related to tyres and rims really shows. I’m really happy with the way things turned out and 100/10 would recommend this place for anyone having issues like mine. My sincere thanks and appreciation for Nidhin and Varun’s time and efforts spent on getting my car to factory feel.
