Just had my dentist appointment here and it was absolutely wonderful. I am a needle freak. Can’t stand him and just about cannot do them. But this staff is absolutely wonderful and Doc is the best. Haven’t met anyone there that was not nice and courteous and professional. Very laid-back. It is just a wonderful practice and I love it.

I just had quite a bit of dental work done and my experience with Dr. B and his staff was exceptional. While dental work is not a fun thing, Dr. B made sure that I was very comfortable and my procedure was completely pain free. Dr. Biancalana and his whole staff are caring, friendly, professional and I highly recommend them.

Everyone was very helpful; Dr. B. gave me a satisfory 2nd. opinion. I live in Montgomery and New Beginnings is located in Prattville, which is a 20 minute drive and my niece has to come back and forth for me. That's how pleased I was with them. I absolutely love this dentist and staff! I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable and actually listened to my concerns and helped fix the problem at hand without making me feel less than or putting me down for the other issues going on. I highly recommend them! They have made me a little more comfortable going to the dentist.
