This is best shoe store in town! I have been experiencing foot pains and have P.F. So, I walked in there limping with some hope. I received incredible service from a guy named Quin, he was very knowledgeable about the diffrent shoes and expanded everything for me to understand. He helped me look at how my foot is while I stand, found my correct size, watched my walk and posture. This helped us choose the perfect shoe to fit my daily needs. I wish I came in here sooner. I now have a great pair of shoes to wear for the walking tours we do for work. Thank you for your kindness and expertise Quin! Keep up the great work, I'll be back again soon. 🙂

Today I had the privilege of being served by Chris. He was polite, knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and underststanding. He listened and responded appropriately and went the extra mile. Visited the New Balance store recently and had a very poor customer service experience. Several staff members were standing around near the tills, talking among themselves, and not one of them acknowledged me or offered any help. No greeting, no eye contact — nothing. It felt like customers were being completely ignored. Management should consider hiring staff with proper customer service training and a more welcoming attitude. Definitely expected better from a brand like New Balance.

I came into the Victoria location to exchange some shoes I purchased online that didn't quite work for my purposes. I can't express how great my experience was! I was in a hurry and in a matter of minutes (seriously, it was like less than 5), I had the online pairs returned and a new pair of shoes in hand. Josh and Alayne went above and beyond for me. I was more than impressed and will 100% be back in the future. :)
