I went to buy shoes that I thought were suitable for my needs. I haven’t bought shoes for a long time and didn’t realize my feet had increased by a size. The shoes I went in to buy didn’t suit me at all. Long story short, the young woman, Cat was so patient and knowledgeable. I commend her as she ended up bringing out 8 different pairs. Cat should be training other staff what excellent customer service is. Not once did I get the impression she was annoyed with my being there.That’s not usually the case at Sport Chek.
Went in for a pair of running shoes and was assisted by Jack. D. He was very well versed in all the shoes available , having tried out many of them himself. His knowledge of each shoe and the strengths and weaknesses along with his honest opinion on different brands and models helped me tremendously in picking out a pair of runners from the variety of option available. Thank you Jack.
Great prices, great staff. Customer service here is my favourite (thanks Scott) This is the only SportChek I think of when I wonder where to go during sale time or when I have a coupon code. I appreciate you all!
