Caregiving for an elderly parent is like raising a Child all over again, they need full time attention and support, which includes scheduling, shuffling existing appointments, and taking them to and from all their Dr. appts. Mom has had a very rough 5 years. First squamous cell throat cancer (that's the deadliest version), beat it. Then Breast cancer, also in remission now. It's just been the two of us through all of this, and she is a trooper, but she also has a horrible spine, and ever since switching her to this practice, and seeing Dr. Fisher and his Nurse Practioners Ms. K. Noel, the excellent care we get takes the stress off of me about her regimen which dictates monthly appts. Due to MY (not there's) miscalculations and the insane laws that dictate pain management, a 30 RX does not last for a 31 day month, and so, once again, these people helped mom get an upcoming appt. moved up several days so that she didn't miss a day of pain relief, and I want to specifically thank April, who was on the phones today for being so helpful, caring and making the extra effort to help Mom and to the practitioner who was willing to add Mom to what is probably an already packed (Thanksgiving week) schedule. This is leagues above and beyond the level of care we had with prior pain management practices that treated mom more like a number and not a person, and it hurts to see the very negative reviews here. I have had difficulties with other offices, but the Henderson Office is always outstanding, and so are many of the other locations. I've been to the Smoke Ranch location and it is their busiest but their staff there is also very caring, so if you are having a hard time getting through to them, please talk to your practitioner and let them know. Let these people try and fix the problem because the reason why they are so insanely busy is because they are truly the best. I feel as if these people are working with us and are part of my Mom's health support team rather than for us and I am so grateful for this, more than I can express.

Currently been seeing Dr. Catapano for a torn rotator cuff. The services has been so-so but the communication here SUCKS! I feel like I'm being ripped off, because the only way to communicate with the Dr. is by making an appointment which is a 50.00 copay. I understand the office may get busy from time to time but this is what the Dr. have medical assistants for. I really hate that they do not return calls at this office. Update: last seen Dr. Catapano on Oct 6th during this visit I was informed that I would be scheduled for a MRI here we are Nov 2nd and I have yet to be scheduled. Last week I left a message informing them that if I don't get a call back for some pain relief I would be filing a grievance against this office. Welp the time has come, a grievance is being filed. I have been seeing this Dr. regularly since June 2025 and I have yet to a positive treatment plan or a MRI. And I'm over it.

Been there quite a few years. Just like any place some bad employees But Alot Of Good Hardworking proffesional employees. Drs /Nurses Always fax over to my pharmacy. Many times driving home pharmacy calls. Biggest problem ive had other Rude Patients. Who act like kids Great Drs SEMPER FI

Great doctors terrible staff! Make sure your phone is fully charged, clear your schedule, and leave the children at home because you will be here for hours! This place is always packed full of people, the front office is very rude, long waits over an hour, have no communication, and it’s handled in an unprofessional manner. The doctors are very knowledgeable but their staff have no knowledge in running a doctors office. The staff is so disorganized that they called us while we already were checked in the office assuming we weren’t coming! A lot of the patients here are upset and frustrated due to LONG HOUR WAITS. I’ve emailed them and they still haven’t responded. Prepare yourself before coming here. I really don’t recommend bringing your little ones because the floors are dirty and full of people. People are standing due to overcrowding and overbooking on appointments.
