Customer experiences
Been seeing Andrew for over a year now and Dr. Brimhall they are both amazing they truly care about your pain they don’t make you feel like you’re just trying to get pain medication and always do whatever they can to help your pain. They treat you like family. Everyone in the staff is amazing Jennifer is the absolute best receptionist and Andrew’s MA is so nice she gets you back quick I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 10 mins in the waiting room. If you need a doctor who cares this is the place.
The best pain management in the entire valley. Both locations have the kindest, most helpful staff & the wait times are always minimal. The Doctors are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, caring & take the time to listen. Dr Brimhall & Dr Gephart are the best physicians I've experienced in pain management & I've experienced a few over the last 2 decades. Highly recommended.
One thing I've noticed since the The DEA has gotten in the middle of doctors Diagnosing and it would be unable to write certain medicine people who are misusing them don't have it readily available but in the long run it's hurting people like myself who has genuine daily pain And still have to jump through hoops every time I go, not complaining.... But my point is that I don't know how to paint actually address the problem for the people that need it truly truly and there are advocates for their patients there patients. I have Never had an instant with a doctor there that wasn't just genuinely nice and helpful. If you deal with chronic pain I would Absolutely suggest no matter paying care. Their doctors are Great especially since you never really feel judged I judged at least I haven't. All in all I've been with the pain clinic for a few years now and I have had nothing but good things to say about them.
It's a nightmare to get there to the actual clinic. The parking lot is big and busy and there's not alot of parking So leave plenty early for that alone .. And then you're walk in to another monstrous building and then You have to take the elevators to the 4th floor.. Make sure you get there plenty early Especially if you are new because you're gonna have several dozen papers to fill out.. at the front desk I believe her name is Jen. I always liked her I thought she was helpful kind and patient. I could hear her conversations to the patients on the telephone she always tried to help the patients get their medications. She was just kind. Like most places You' get stuck with A P.A. And that happens at this clinic too... I like to see a Doctor a medical Doctor. At least the first time. Most people have big questions And would like to hear a Doctor talk. For refills stuff like that a PA is fine... But my experience with the P.A.s they are scared. They don't say too much they're very very hesitant to give medication.. So let the medical Doctor set the tone and the PA could follow there lead if it's only refills...
