We had an excellent build with Chase and our Project Manager Reed. They were hands on from plans, to changes and the tiniest details. This was our first custom home build and they walked us through every step. Whenever we had questions, or any concern, they were readily available to answer the question, most times on the first ring!! We would highly recommend Neighbors Construction for the excellent customer service, genuine love of building and working with their customers. We are thrilled with our forever home.

We looked at and interviewed 4 other builders before choosing this team to help us build our dream home. We had saved for 35 years to build this home and needed someone we could trust. They came highly recommended by building experts my husband knew from his 40+ years in surveying which speaks volumes. Our project manager, Reed, is just the nicest guy and he held our (mainly my) hands through the whole process. He always answered my questions and never seemed bothered no matter how simple the question probably was. The home turned out just like we imagined. When you build custom you just don’t know if your vision will look as good as it did on paper but in our case it was even better. Someone on Facebook said that when Neighbors builds a home it stays built. I believe that’s true from watching every nail, board, stone and finish that went into this home.
