From the time I became a member of our credit union in 1991, I have had nothing but the best service possible. I have made calls to the office for many and varied reasons (loan rates, cost of security boxes and anything you can think of, I called or visited the office). I have had nothing but the best service in a timely fashion. I feel secure in dealing with every aspect our credit union offers and will continue to do so. Thank you to everyone there!

Poor client service. Went in to see about a credit application, was asked if I wanted to apply today which was good so far, was told by the person she would be back in a minute. She then went in the office next door, started a conversation I could hear from the waiting room, heard them laughing a few times... I left after waiting for 20 minutes with no sign of anyone being ready to see me... They may have good financial services but I'll never know...
