Call in have their phone support provide you with a list of everything you need. Send it to them while on phone. They thank you. You get a response back from the team saying they received it and another Thank you. 1 month later you call in asking, how are things? Why no reply? They lose your application, don't bother calling you back to let you know they need one more thing. You explain to them you have proof you applied, and had the help of their online phone support. They refuse. You show them proof, they grumble and hum and haw as though they didn't expect you to show proof. They advise you, you need to pay the administration fee. You advise them you're already broke as it is and since they lost your application, is there really any point or are you going to get put on a waiting list... They say no, we'll try to process it as the day you sent it in. That means they would remove someone else and put me in as I applied 'first' technically. I agree and send in application fee. 2 days later I receive message that I am now on a waiting list. 2 months later apparently I'm still on a waiting list. All while - They told me SEATS WERE OPEN AND AVAILABLE the day I REALLY applied. Scam. Unbelievable trash support. Phone staff like monkeys. Almost as bad as calling foreign people for support.I do not recommend them. Half of the women sounded like they just wanted to get off the phone and did not want to be there at their job. I guess who would. Anyway. I would recommend going elsewhere, even if it is just for the principle. Not to mention, NBCC is so watered down anyone can pass.
