I think the Navy Exchange at Burkey Mall is an excellent department store. Electronics, clothes, shoes, home goods, tools, pet supplies, kitchen wares, etc. They will match any price you can find locally. I just bought a Nikon D5600 camera kit, inclusive of two lenses (18-55mm & 70-300mm) They had it on sale for a fantastic price, but I found it online at a local big box store for a few dollars less and they matched it...no problem! That's not the first time I've asked them to price match and they always do. Currently (2/15/20) the store is undergoing a major transformation and the layout is the best its ever been. I especially like how they've moved the electronics department from the room in the southeast corner of the store to the back of the store along the west wall. Much more open space and easier to move about. Tons of sale items can be found now in what was the electronics room and all about the store, as well. Here's a ton of pics that I just took which are very representative of what you can expect to find. Based on the no-tax sales you'll benefit from and the fact that they will absolutely price match things you can buy elsewhere, locally, shopping here is a no-brainer!

This is the place you go to pick up graduation tickets. Take your driver's license with you and every person who is attending must be there to pick up their ticket. You also need to show your ticket if you take your recruit back in a car after Liberty and you're driving on base, they will ask to see your ticket at the check stop.
