As a member, I’m starting to think I should just show up with a paint roller and fix this place myself. Lime green walls?? Who hurt you? The current vibe is less “motivational fitness space” “hospital waiting room meets expired Gatorade. 🟩💀 And the locker rooms? Depressing. Feels like a place where dreams (and deodorant) go to die. Can we get a splash of pink, some lighting that doesn’t blind me , and maybe — just maybe — an interior designer who doesn’t hate joy? Also… why are you closing at 6PM on weekends ? For thoses of us who work weekends can’t workout. What is this, Gym Cinderella? Do the dumbbells turn into pumpkins? That being said — I actually love how quiet the place is, and the staff are super nice. 💕All I’m saying is: with a little facelift and better hours, this gym could go from “meh” to main character energy!!!

No water fountain, you have to use an industrial sink to fill up your water bottle. Unfortunately the complete Gym needs à little love, and update.

Nor far from les Promenades (Gatineau Mall) and has just enough of everything to stop in and do a quick workout. Decent locker room and ok showers (warm water and free soap).
