Office was nice and service was nice until I was surprised with a $250 bill to pay out of pocket. When I questioned the amount as I have never had to pay more than $30 at a dentist office the response was “ oh it’s probably the X-rays since insurance only covers them being done every two years”. I wasn’t warned about the cost before hand or asked when I had X-rays last done. I had asked when booking the appointment if they needed my previous dentist information to get my records. I was told this could be done on the day of my appointment. I again mentioned it when I arrived when given paperwork to fill out. No one seemed interested in this information. I was taken into the back and asked many questions, none of which were about my previous dental care or records. I paid the bill as I had my infant with me and didn’t have the time to argue. I called to inquire about why they didn’t get these records and the lack of commutation during my appointment and was told I would receive a call back to discuss but they didn’t called me back. I called again and left a message and again received no call back.

Clean, estetic, efficient services, new technology for dental scanning making it easier to view and probably less invasive. The doctor was very informative and easy to communicate with. Overall a great first impression.
