I visited the Leeds store on Wednesday with my Mum and sister, who is also pregnant. We were greeted warmly and told to have a look around and test any pram we liked the look of. We were grateful that there was no hard sell, and the girls who worked there were friendly, informative and approachable. Macy ended up helping me pick my pram. She was honest and knowledgeable and very impressive for someone only 17! A very successful trip and a very happy customer. I can't wait to go back to pick up my pram! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing service we had a lady called Kathryn who went through absolutely everything with me. She showed me how to put the pram up and down the different adapters you get and everything that is included. We used the tracks to test the pram and make sure it was suitable and it was amazing to see. I think it was the managers who also helped me with everything they went through so much stuff. The staff are amazing definitely recommend

Visited here recently with my partner after finding out we were expecting, we didn’t have an appointment but luckily they managed to squeeze us in. Samantha was super helpful! She spent lots of time showing and telling us about different prams, love the track in the showroom also! Such a great addition. We recently called up and booked up for a furniture set and pram set, Katie was great over the phone. Very nice store with very helpful, friendly, professional ladies :) Thank you so much for all your help! No doubt we’ll be back to buy more goodies soon.

We are first time buyers, we have done our own research and read on articles that was sent by a family member regarding the important things to look out for a travel system. Even so, you still feel unsure maybe because you just want what is best for your baby also, it’s a different feeling when you are both able to physically try the unit and try them on tracks. With this being said, we are grateful and satisfied with the service we received from the staff, Samantha. She was approachable, friendly and helpful in terms of explaining, demonstrating the process and the product which in turn helped us to get into a decision of what we really need for our baby. So, thank you to Samantha and the rest of the staff in Newbieandme, Leeds! Looking forward for our travel system units. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
