I wanted to take a moment to highlight the excellent service I received from my pest control technician, Shawn. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he was professional and really knew his stuff. He showed up right on time, was friendly and approachable, and immediately put me at ease with his calm and confident manner. Shawn took the time to carefully inspect the entire property and explained in detail what he was doing every step of the way. I really appreciated how he went out of his way to answer all of my questions and even shared helpful tips for preventing future issues. It’s not every day you find someone who genuinely cares about getting the job done right. All in all, I’m incredibly grateful for the time and effort Shawn put into making sure everything was taken care of. His friendly attitude, expert knowledge, and genuine concern for my peace of mind really set him apart. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone in need of top-notch pest control services.

From the start of initially calling Native for their free inspection, they were quick to get us scheduled. Matthew came out to do the complimentary inspection and called to say he could arrive earlier which was great. He was very personable and thorough during his inspection. By far the most informative person we have had come out to assist us with our concerns. We went ahead and hired them! Jelani serviced our home interior and exterior for termites. He was on time, communicative, respectful, and thorough. I feel confident our home is in good hands with this company and the employees that work for them. I would definitely recommend Native Pest to anyone who needs a reliable company!

5 Stars all around ! From scheduling my appointment with Heather (who was amazing and made the decision making/scheduling very easy) to Ramiro Montilla! He was so professional, knowledgeable and made the overall experience great. He took his time to explain everything and what to do in the future to prevent any findings. I highly recommend Native and if you see Ramiro as your tech or talk with Heather to schedule your appointment - you know you are in great hands! Will be telling all my neighbors and friends!
