Initial post: I would have given NEGATIVE review if possible. I booked an appointment and went there before time. The person I talked there was showing full on attitude. Too arrogant and rude. I will definitely not advice anyone to visit this place. There are many shops out there why to deal with this nonsense. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reply to the owner's false comment. You are still showing the same arrogant and communicating the false information on the public platform !!! 1, I waited outside more than 45 mins, and tried multiple times to reach you out but no response. I called 6 times from outside and no one picked up the call. Moreover WAIT OUTSIDE was just a verbal communication at initial conversation, nothing was written at the door or entrance. Being a new customer how can I be sure about your rules if you have not mentioned them anywhere ?? I waited 45 mins for someone to call me back or to address me at door but no luck, then ultimate I had no other option other then to walk in and talk (since I had my appointment). But when I entered I saw 2 person just talking to each other (not busy in work). 2, I was the only one person in store and one other customers was present, so no capacity issues. 3, Regarding COVID, our child was exposed to covid exposure and as an educated people, we had already isolated her from rest all of us. Till date I don't have COVID and have my NEGATIVE report with me. If you want I can send you for your clarification. I was not a COVID carrying person roaming outside my home. It was supposed to be a simple COVID Testing kit pickup, you was anyways not exercising any COVID swap collection. 4, We have to face all this just to take a COVID Testing kit from you and no nothing more. On the contrary, the same day within the same hour we searched another pharmacy and that's pharmacy is super amazing. They took time to understand our concerns, ask us to come and accomodated us for our PCR testing. They did The sample collection at there pharmacy, and does not handed over the kit to us like others. So finally don't try to mislead the readers of this comment by your false comment. Every reader have the right to know the truth of actual service received. Don't fabricate your stuff here...
