I have ended up in this office twice, after being mistreated elsewhere. 2 days ago, one of my molars broke, and was sharp against my tongue. Yesterday I visited another office, they did not look at the tooth or offer to help with my pain at all. Instead consulted me for implant, and scheduled surgery. I called Dr Anderson’s office and got in today with an upfront quote of cost on the phone. The entire vibe of the office was different than that other place. The receptionist greeted me, and took payment effortlessly. I was immediately taken back by the sweetest dental assistant who chatted with me like an old friend. Dr. A helped with my pain, and tooth sharpness. Took images and helped me feel empowered in making a plan. The financial aspect gave me the most anxiety, but the woman I spoke with was exactly what everyone wants- clear, upfront and very informative. She was so kind around this gentle topic. I am excited to continue on my dental plan with these amazingly kind people. For literally the first time in my life I am excited about a dentist! 👀

Dr. Anderson and staff are caring, thorough, and very personable. They explained recommendations and cost, letting you decide on the best healthcare for your teeth. I’ve gone to Dr. Anderson for several years, and always felt that he was fair and honest, providing me with excellent dentistry.

During our roadtrip vacation from Vancouver BC to Palm Springs CA one of my rear molars cracked as we entered the Eugene area. We googled Dentists and Dr Anderson practice showed up 1st. We called and the staff were so friendly, professional and accommodating. They scheduled me in right away and fix my tooth in under 2 hours! Thank you to Rosie, Lexi & Dr Anderson for a fantastic emergency visit ! Highly recommended
