This place use to be very good years ago going back 20 years ago the problem is the owner wants to cut corners to to save money instead of suing his original recipe and higher quality food. I ordered food and spent almost 200 dollars and the food was not great I will stick to MJs. Cheaper and higher quality food. If you want your customers back just keep your food higher quality trust me you would earn so much more

Well I honestly think they forgot my order until I got there. Was getting my daughter a calzone for her birthday and one for my grandson and one for my granddaughter. Said I'll go pick it up because the app would not work correctly, and the doordash was completely wrong with the pricing and the delivery 2.$99 plus a tip for $6 so I drive on over, don't get me wrong it's excellent food but it is not the old Italian Napoli's

Don’t order from here if you have dietary restrictions!!!! Not only did they not deliver an ENTIRE meal item we ordered (gyro), so I literally didn’t have a meal, but we ordered potato skins without meat because my fiancé is a vegetarian for over 20 years and there was bacon allllll over them. If they just refunded it like the gyro then I wouldn’t be writing this review, but when we sent pictures to Support and tried to reason with them, they kept insisting that there had been no meat on the potato skins. We tried to continue to escalate it and then were told that the MANAGER swore UP AND DOWN that there was “definitely” no meat on them when they went out the door because he/she laid eyes on them him or herself. This is clearly incorrect, as seen in these pictures and the lack of accountability and blatant lying to our faces over and over again was extremely annoying, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and a waste of our time and money for this overpriced food that didn’t even come or was incorrect and inedible for us due to dietary restrictions which are NON-NEGOTIABLE, which should go without saying
