I’m honestly so disappointed with Raghu Jewellers. My brother went there to buy me a birthday gift..a pair of reversible earrings. They first told him the price was $350, then said they’d give him a “discount” and charged $300. When he gave them to me, I was shocked to see how tiny the studs were for that price. Later, I checked their page and saw the same earrings listed for $190. When I messaged them asking about the price, they told me $285, and two days later when I went to the store myself, the salesman said $250. Four different prices for the same item..that’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I questioned them, I reminded them that gold is sold by weight, not by size, but they had no proper answer. To make it worse, they didn’t even write the weight of the earrings on the bill, which is something every genuine jeweller should do. This was my brother’s first time buying gold, and it turned into such a disappointing experience. I used to shop here often and even recommended them to others, but not anymore. I used to be a regular customer because their service was good a few years ago, but not anymore. Their pricing is inconsistent, their attitude has changed, and honestly, the way some of their staff treat customers feels very dismissive and disrespectful. Their service has gone downhill, the staff’s attitude is cold and unwelcoming, and the way they look at customers feels rude and judgmental. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I absolutely would. They’ve lost all my trust. Please think twice before shopping here — it’s just not the same store it used to be. It’s really sad to see how much they’ve changed,instead of building trust with customers, they’re taking advantage of them. I will never shop here again, and I don’t recommend anyone else to either. If you really wanted to fix the issue, it could have been resolved the same day when I was at your store. This message is not an explanation for what happened — it’s just more excuses. I don’t see a reason to call and hear the same thing again. Businesses should take responsibility and make things right when customers bring issues to them in person, not after getting a negative review.

I have visited Raghu Jewellers today for the first time with the reference. The experience was good but, A tall boy (first guy) just put us on hold and never came back and nor even the owner attend us well as if we were there just to do time paas but I would say THANK YOU to REKHA mam as she noticed that no one was attanding us , she attended us in a respectful manner and answered our all queries in a very polite manner. We ended up buying a good choice that she recommended us. We would love to coma again if only REKHA mam will attend us. Thank you❤️
