Incredible! A must visit spot ⭐️ The owner truly has a ✨heart of gold✨and I feel good about shopping because my purchase goes towards charity! I spent the day in nyc and was walking around when I happened to pass the incredible store front. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sweet associate who explained the stores layout: • boutique business in the front • thrifting party in the back Everything was well organized! All the staff were helpful and seemed to be having a good time. I perused the carefully curated boutique wares which the owner sources from Europe (France!). She was so sweet — after I checked out my plateware, she asked where I was going. When I mentioned I was taking the Amtrak back that night, she literally engineered a fortified, packed package for me and made a handle from scratch to make them easier to hold as I made my 4 hour commute home! Truly a Heart of Gold spot.

I have been been shopping at Noir et Blanc for years and it's a good chunk of my closet. Deb is an amazing stylist. She knows just how much to nudge my comfort zone and I have never regretted it. I have no fashion sense and I love that my closet is also practical and her items have multiple uses/ways to wear and the quality stands up. The store carries clothes for work, dates, casual. When you put on clothes that make you feel good about how you look, it's priceless.

Although the store is beautiful and the customer service wasn’t all bad we decided to not go through with any purchases. During our visit we asked politely if my sister could use a fitting room to prey really quick and after being sent to multiple people to ask we were told “that is a strange request”. Then the same representative said “well I need to know what it entails, what if a customer wants to use that room”. Mind you they have 4-6 fitting rooms and only one was being occupied. There were less than 10 people in the store and our party was 3 of them. And we were actually shopping. My sister even asked if she was able to order an item for shipment since they didn’t have her size.

The moment I walked into Noir et Blanc the incredible atmosphere was one of elegance and beauty!! From the welcoming Woman at the Door to the amazing Boutique Clothing from France, Italy and Spain I was so impressed!!! Just beautiful Clothes with such details I’ve not seen other then in Europe!! I had to buy a pant and a few tops! So unique I’m sure I won’t see myself coming and going! LOVE Them! Have a Holiday Party I’ll be wearing them to! Also the owner helped me style my buys! A nice touch! Go get yours and check this Boutique out!! Enjoy!!
