I had a very frustrating experience with this company’s customer service. I returned an item, and the delivery driver confirmed pickup at the time. Later, I was shocked to hear the driver claimed he didn’t receive the item, and now I’m being told the item is “missing” and I won’t be refunded. This is completely unacceptable — I handed over the item, and it’s not my fault if it wasn’t processed correctly. Customer service has been unhelpful, slow to respond, and keeps giving me the runaround instead of resolving the issue or taking responsibility. To make matters worse, they’ve charged me for the item, even though I returned it. This is dishonest and shows a complete lack of care for their customers. I strongly warn others to be careful when returning items. Keep proof, record the return, or you may end up like me — out of money and no product.
I paid 18 dhm for expedited delivery the next day, I recieved only one of the order while the other is yet to come. When I raised a complaint, they said the money was only for one item ( which didn’t say when I was paying for it) How can delivery charges be for one item? That’s not how other apps work? Please learn from your competition and improve your customer service.
I returned an item, even received a WhatsApp massage for picked it up but they said you haven’t returned it because their driver attached the photo of other returned item instead of this item on the massage and gave them an excuse to not refund my money!!! After 1 month following up and raising complaints, I received a call that they investigated my complaint and found out that I haven’t returned the item! it means I am a liar!!!!!! Unlike the other companies in Dubai, which track their customer’s orders history to know and keep their good customers and respect their customers words, unfortunately Namshi doesn’t have this kind of manner. I advise if you want to return an item, open the box and take photo when item is on driver hands otherwise you should reach DED and police for building’s camera records same as me.
