I rented from them years ago and when I needed something done, it got done in a timely manner. After a year and a half of my daughter asking for someone to clean the pigeon feces off her unit and clean the eavestrough, it still hasn’t been done. Namerind says it’s up to Kodiak. Kodiak says to call Namerind. OH&S said to write Namerind and rentalsman. Disgusting how they represent their property.

I was a renter from here for 13 years sometimes late on my rent yes but I couldn’t help it , I had two children who are my priority! as I live there I noticed the master key was being used on my door with them entering in and out of my home digging through my stuff changing dates On very important information (organized group stalking ) myself is there any others out there like me ? That used to rent from there or still do rent from there that are being stocked ? To get me out of there while they knew I was in there applying for jobs applying for different cheaper places they would get people to come around my place and turn on my outside water they ran up my water bill to $600 I also went home on time and my house my upstairs was infested with a bunch of moss master key in and out. The son of one of the workers there was also in my underwear drawer poking holes and all my underwear the lace underwear . Not a good company to rent from him at all they do not understand how you have to give a tenant at 24 hour notice before entering an out of a home just because you have that key does not mean you are allowed to use it to enter in and out without the tenants being home, 8:38 Aug 19 2023 and honestly I’m sick Of them teaming up on me with my used to be doctor I don’t like being trapped in dreams Especially about my deceased son who passed away 15 years ago sadly in 2024 it will be 15 years honestly that one employee there you go ahead and figure out his name he’s black and his sister who does not work there she’s Roberts favourite They’re horrible people to have on you it’s like they don’t give up they wanna bug and fight with you and they don’t give up but guess what they’re giving up this year

I have lived in my apartment for a little over 5 years. Every problem I have had has been dealt with within 48 hours of calling. The few times I’ve had to come to the office have been a joy. Namerind is the best landlord I’ve ever had.

Heard that they did residential yard work and hired them. Had them out to do general spring yard work and to bring in lots of river rock and place it around specific areas. Wonderful work and highly knowledgeable personnel. Have included a couple of photos of the river rock work - the very healthy grass was not healthy at all before the power rake and vac, aerating, and fertilizing. Really friendly people, with excellent results.
