5 Salty PiratesBeen with them for years, but seems like now they just do the bare minimum and if you say anything to them, they look at you like you have five heads. I feel like my technician has become incredibly complacent. I’ve had him for years and he just does a little spray here and a little spray there And basically does the minimum and we’ve had a problem with ants and roaches and spiders and I just feel like they could do more, so it’s time to move on. They’ve become too big and like I said too complacent, so it’s time to find a little guy that actually cares about what he’s doing instead of rushing through the job because you’ve been doing the same thing over and over for 15 years. And by the way, I use their termite service as well and I’m incredibly underwhelmed with that. It’s disorganized dysfunctional and frankly, I don’t think it does anything and all they do is bill me yearly, and do very little to maintain it. I’m done.
Za MeaI can't believe these reviews are from real customers. I've used naders for my lawn almost 3 yrs and most of the time it's been a headache. When they called and said we're in the neighborhood, can we come and spray your yard? I responded not today. The supervisor called me in somewhat of a rant saying that's not how our services operate. The tech came a couple weeks later and sprayed my yard during the winter. This is how it looked when spring came in. See the results for yourself on the pics attached . And it's ironic that they haven't called to service my lawn since they damaged. I'm so fed up with this company.

Chad PalmerJoseph is amazing. Super flexible with scheduling. Very considerate of our animals and home grown vegetables and fruit trees. The most knowledgeable person i have ever met when talking about local insects. Even explained how we could setup an environment to be conducive for dragon flies and other bugs that eat mosquitos which we had a terrible problem with. All around just great! Seriously impressed everytime.
