I’ve had nothing but issues with US Med! My last 2 orders have been delayed and my insurance has sent them everything they need and for some reason they have been having issues getting me my supplies . Customer service is absolutely horrible, “ we will figure it out and call you back within 24 hours”. I have spoken to 2 different people and they are no help and don’t call back. I need my CGM and I need a company that cares about it customers, US Med does not. They could care less about you and resolving any issues you have. Insurance send them everything and they can’t seem to get it together on their end. Absolute trash company! THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND WOULD NOT TRANSFER ME TO A SUPERVISOR!!!!
Good company. Good service. Only problem is at re-order time. One group sends the new stuff, another, probably a robot, calls and call wanting to know if you want to re-order, ALL WHILE NEW ORDER IS ON THE WAY!
My order was supposed to ship on Friday and had a 3day delivery label . Well it is still in Florida and will not be delivered until this Friday at the earliest. They are supposed to have auto ship so I will not run out. That is a joke if I didn’t call they would not have ever shipped it. Calked them up and they just told me there is nothing they can do. At least that’s what I think she said. Very poor English language skills!
US Med always provides the product in a timely manner. I do feel that i should be able to have a defective sensor replaced by calling the distributor without having to go to the manufacturer each time. Some times the failure rate can be quite high. Forty percent has been my highest in a 90 day supply . Other than that, service is very good.
