Best massage I've had. I've gone for regular massages for many years but I just moved and tried Blue Rain for the first time based on the positive reviews. It did not disappoint! This was by far the best massage I've had. I had Jiang Wu (Jimmy) and he was so knowledgeable, professional and skilled. Will definitely be going here on a regular basis.

After 5 months post delivery i finally got the luxury to get a massage & RMT Lulan really did a great job. She took the time to understand my concern & focus on those particular areas during the massage. I felt so relaxed & rejuvenated.

My RMT - Claire was running late for my 11:00am appt due to traffic, they told me this at 11:05, after I waited 15 min in the waiting area. I drove from Stoney Creek to Burl for the appt and managed to make it early, with no traffic! Maybe Claire should give herself some extra time so she can make it to work on time. Im disappointed, I couldn't stay bc I work at 1230. I booked the appt when I did for a reason. They offered to reschedule for another day, but I don't think I will bother returning, the customer shouldn't be inconvenienced, drive all the way back here... This also isnt the first time staff is running late, but I could stay before. Now I need to fill an hour b4 work. Thanks, I no show and its $50 charge, but a worker is late and it just a sorry too bad for the client. Poorly run service. Giving 2 stars bc I have been happy in the past. Lulan is great if you can get her.
