Today was my first appointment with James! I had an exceptional hour-long massage! Every detail was perfect. Comfy table, nice clinic room, great playlist, warming pad on the table and a heating pad put on my back alternating on & off on the areas being worked on. James has amazing attention to detail and is a really intuitive massage therapist. I was at a 7/10 for pressure (exactly where I wanted to be!!) the whole time! And constant check-ins for pain/pressure level. He found every knot and sore spot I had in my back, hips, glutes, shoulders, and neck and worked them loose. Really enjoyed the suction cups on my back. Peppermint oil on the neck to finish off the treatment! James is friendly & easy to talk to, but also allowed me the time to just simply relax quietly on the table and enjoy the experience! Thank you James! What a delight! Will definitely be back!
