Do yourself an favour and pay the extra 50$ someplace else! Extremely disappointed. I have never experienced a so called “business“ which such lack of communication. I reach out to Malcom to get my iPhone fixed. We paid him the deposit and he came to get my phone saying we need to add another certain amount so he can order the frame, we agreed. He said it will take between 48h to 72h to get my phone fixed and I request that he keeps us updated. 72h past and no response no update then he reaches out once I got frustrated saying it will take until the weekend to fix. The weekend comes and once again no updates we tried calling MULTIPLE times and he just does not answer at this point im thinking I just got played? It’s Tuesday now we text and call him everyday and no responses. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Terrible customer service. Malcom had my Apple Watch for way over a month now but that’s not even the reason why I am frustrated. Malcolm has told me on multiple occasions that he will deliver my Apple Watch over six or seven times and every time he fails to deliver it he never reaches out let me know why he can’t make it or why he won’t be delivering it today. I am extremely disappointed that I am receiving this service from a black owned business. For this is the reason why I decided to choose Malcolm to fix my devices is solely because I wanted to give to our black community and he’s let me down. I have been extremely patient but I’ve reached my limit. There’s no communication of what the real problem is. He asked me for a deposit many weeks ago and when I didn’t respond he made sure he sent me another text to make sure I seen it and I sent his deposit . But now I want my Apple Watch over six or seven times there’s an issue with delivering it. I’ve offered to meet up or meet him at his house I’m just so confused as to what the issue was… never again. 1 out of 10 would NOT recommend.
