I could not be happier with my experience working with Klein Kitchen & Bath. From start to finish, the craftsmanship was exceptional and the entire project was handled with an impressive level of organization and care. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the team’s professionalism truly stood out. The gentleman responsible for obtaining all of the permits managed the entire process from beginning to end with remarkable efficiency, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and well-controlled. Any issues that arose — and there were very few — were addressed immediately and with a real sense of urgency. Communication was clear, and I always felt confident that everything was being handled properly, even when I didn’t know what questions to ask. The end result is a kitchen I am beyond thrilled with. Everyone who comes into my home is completely blown away and cannot believe the transformation. I am so impressed with the quality of the work and the overall experience, and I would highly recommend Klein Kitchen & Bath to anyone considering a renovation. I never thought I would be so happy to be in my kitchen! So much so am thinking of having Klein Kitchen re do my bathroom! Adam??? 😂

We completed a full apartment renovation with Klein, including redoing our floors throughout the apartment, a new kitchen, and repainting the living room. Adam and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. During the design phase, Ajara was creative in reviewing our inspiration pictures and making an amazing design that both captured our aesthetic but also maximized our small space. During the actual construction process, Tim was the ideal project manager, leading the team on site, organizing subcontractors, and communicating with us. The team on site was very professional, timely, and clean. They addressed our impromptu, ad-hoc requests--however annoying! We are grateful for Adam's guidance throughout the job and his willingness to talk through items via message or on a call. While there was a delay in commencing the work, once it began, the team was very organized. We couldn't be happier with the final product. Grateful to Adam and his whole team for making us the home of our dreams!

5 Stars – Professional, Attentive, and Worth the Wait I had my apartment renovated last year, and while the project took almost 9 months, the results were well worth it. The team was professional, attentive, and clearly committed to high standards throughout the process. We hit a few roadblocks along the way, particularly with building approvals that took longer than expected. Additionally, there was an issue with the kitchen cabinets being delivered incorrectly. That said, the team handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. The cabinet issue was resolved quickly, and the final installation looks flawless. What truly made the difference was the project manager. He was outstanding—always one step ahead, incredibly organized, and excellent at communicating every update. His leadership kept the renovation on track despite the challenges. In the end, I’m very happy with the outcome and would absolutely recommend this team to anyone planning a renovation. Their attention to detail and customer care really set them apart.

I cannot lie and will not misrepresent the truth. Renovations are not fun, can be a nightmare and before we started, we were warned, expect to come over budget no matter the contractor. I’m being truthful so you can manage your expectations realistically and perhaps help you be more prepared. However, with that said, I highly recommend Klein Kitchen and would work with them without thinking twice. Their craftsmanship and professionalism are outstanding. The work is excellent and it shows 1000% in our newly renovated kitchen, and bedroom in Manhattan. Their GC/ Forman, Tim Satarov, was a pleasure to work with. He is beyond the best, exceeding our expectations. Communication is clear, their follow up and follow through made this a far better experience than we would have had elsewhere. After the work was completed and final payments made, we saw minor things that needed correcting. Klein fixed them immediately without our having to ask twice. Their entire team was easy to work with, starting with Adam, Tim and Anjara. Issues were resolved far more easily than expected and there will always be issues. However, Adam was easy to approach, open to negotiate when warranted and fair. They communicated very well with the buildings’ superintendent, which is significant in order to coordinate deliveries and the building’s elevator’s availability. Our refrigerator/freezer was delivered damaged. Klein accepted delivery since we were out of town, but they noticed the damage immediately and supported our effort to get a brand new refrigerator/freezer instead of the vendor forcing us to accept a repaired new unit, as they tried initially. What more can I say, except we’re enjoying our upgraded, fully renovated apartment, glad to be finished the renovation, and very we hired Klein Kitchen to partner with us.
