Great job by Riley Darveaux and Louisa Ward from My AZ Realty Team. Moving from California back to the Phoenix area they were a huge help while we are out of town getting set up to view a rental property with short notice as we wanted to rent for a year wbile looking for a new home. Seeing the newly built property, holding it, paperwork etc all went smoothly with great communication all the time. They really made the process great which freed us up to worry about selling our current CA home and moving. As renting this home is temporary as we will take our time to buy our new home once the market improves and interest rates settle alittle. We will definitely be using them to buy our new home when we are ready. Thanks again Riley and Louisa.
