Terrible Experience – Not What I Expected at All! I ordered White Oudh after seeing one of their ads on Facebook, which featured celebrities endorsing the product. Unfortunately, the reality was nothing like what was advertised. This perfume doesn’t smell like oudh at all — instead, it has an extremely strong, chemical-like scent that caused headaches and sneezing. It feels more like a concentrated chemical mix than a proper fragrance. I had high hopes, but this was a big disappointment. I highly do not recommend this product or company. Don’t be fooled by celebrity endorsements — they clearly don’t reflect the actual quality.

On the left-hand side is the Ghilaf-e-Kaaba I used to order from Saudi Arabia. On the right-hand side is the one I ordered online and received today, along with Hajr-e-Aswad. The problem is, these items should have been sold to people who have never used the original before — they might have been convinced. But I have the original attar from Saudi Arabia, and I’ve used it many times. I am absolutely certain that what they sent me is completely different — and fake. I also wasted four days waiting for delivery within the same city due to stock issues, and no one informed me on time. Sending a fake attar is extremely disappointing. A big NO to Musk Al Mahal — I do not recommend them at all. Please do not purchase from them. Instead, buy from a trusted source in Pakistan or, even better, have your loved ones bring it directly from Haramain Sharifain.

I ordered 3 attars from them and they sent me 9 different cheap quality 6ml attars. I left an email with pictures and ss of my order but no response from them. Called them several times on whatsapp but no one bothered to answer. Later on i got a reply on whatsapp stated hmary staff ke mistake ke wjha sy ho gyaa ho ga... Mtlb ho gyaa ho gaa kya hotaa hai bhai or jb m ny replace refund ke bat ke to khty ap parcel bhjwa do delivery charges b khud pay kro jb hmy mily ga hm apka dusra asal order apko send kr dain gy. So i asked them to share complete details I'll send this parcel today but its been a week now they didn't get back to me. To bhayion please don't order anything from this pathetic store and poor management
