8 years ago i was looking for a coach to help me reach my goals and be the best version of myself and then i came across enterprise fitness! I have been training at enterprise fitness for 8 years with coach Lewis! Lewis is absolutely amazing as he is knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive throughout my entire journey! I have been at Enterprise Fitness for the last 7 weeks, and the experience has already changed my life. I am less inflamed, have more energy, and feel stronger and sharper at my work. Everything from nutrition to the training programs have been really well considered, but easy to follow. The gym is friendly and welcoming, and it feels so comforting to be around the best trainers who have achieved amazing results. In particular, I am really appreciative to my trainer Tom B who has been so clear on what is required to achieve results. He's a great person to be around and has given me a clear structure and the building blocks to improve and get stronger. He emphasises proper stretching before lifting and clean/ efficient technique on key lifts. It has been an incremental approach and I have thoroughly enjoyed the process. He has also been so communicative to me even outside of the gym, and provides real clarity around questions I have. This has made me so comfortable complying with his advice, and I have really enjoyed learning from him. I am really excited to see what I can achieve with him and Enterprise Fitness into the future! I can't recommend them more highly !
After struggling to make change for a while, I decided to seek external support, que in Enterprise Fitness and my trainer Al. The studio itself is well equipped and clean with off road parking but what I found most important was welcoming atmosphere and engagement and ownership of my training program from my trainer Al. I was doubtful in the beginning if I will be able to sustain the training program over a long period of time Al's knowledge and expertise have helped me overcome these doubts. Al has not only made the training experience enjoyable but I am also noticing visible difference in my appearance. Al has helped me build a sustainable relationship with the food with a nutrition plan while being mindful of my social and professional commitments. If you are ready to make a change, I will highly recommend to get in touch with the team at Enterprise Fitness and Al.
