Well that was a terrible experience from a service perspective. I have never been made to feel like such an inconvenience for trying to renew my insurance. My questions were shut down with no real answer provided, completely unwilling to review aspects of the policy, they seemed to have the expectation that I would be as well versed on insurance policies as they are. Go anywhere else, you'll be better off

Recently went to renew my car insurance and they questioned why I was indicating yes to my car having automatic emergency brakes saying I hadn’t indicated that last year. I’ve had the same car for the 6 years I’ve been doing my insurance with them. Turns out they had been doing my insurance wrong for YEARS. Wouldn’t help with a refund, didn’t acknowledge or apologize for the mistake. Wouldn’t use them.

I dealt with Murrick insurance in the Denman mall for years now and I have always had a positive experience with the staff . All the employees have always been efficient in a very business way. Today I came in February 15/2025 and the young man whose name had escaped me really went the extra mile with my elderly friend I brought in to renew her car insurance. He was really kind and very patient and explained all of her questions and told us how to lower some of the cost and not losing any benefits. What an asset to the office. Thankyou Umar, I believe was the guy!
