Happy Customer 36ft Sea Ray - Murphy Transportation and Logistics LLC Karl Murphy significantly exceeded my expectations. From our initial discussions Tuesday afternoon to agreeing a fair price to executing the delivery from South Haven MI to West Palm Beach FL Friday evening as planned, he went well above and beyond the call of duty. Karl is the consummate professional who is a man of his word and is always seeking out the best solution for all concerned. Even though we had a few hiccups, no fault of Murphy Transportation, Karl waited on the captain’s arrival, helped us find a missing plug, waited some more while the captain was dealing with dead batteries after launch even though he did not have to wait. If he did not have another pressing commitment he probably would have waited a little longer but he had to hit the road. He turned out to be probably the most courteous and accommodating business person in the trade. If I had to give him a rating out of 5 stars, he gets 7. Thanks a million! Larry Bowleg
