If I could give ten stars, I would. Dana came out and helped diagnose a weird water pressure issue with the house, and then came and fixed the wild laundry list of things that were done poorly by other plumbers -- and at a very reasonable price! We've been looking for a plumber that can do everything for us, and we've found it! Highly highly recommend. Edit: Unfortunately, after a five star review and truly appreciating Dana, the office management has caused me to drop this to a single star. We attempted to book an appointment to replace a UV bulb starting on August 24th, and it took three emails and three phone calls (none of which were ever returned) to even get an appointment, and then the technician didn't show up because I didn't reply to the text before hand.
