My first time with this company having used a more famous - and more pricey - company before. Everything went according to plan and the car arrived from the UK safely and unmarked. Importantly, I received regular progress updates on expected arrival times etc. Nothing more to say other than I would heartily recommend MSE and in particular Maks was amazingly responsive to any questions I had.

I had a very bad experience MSE freight. Poor communication around expected timescale and hidden lat minute cost. This all culminated in an employee swearing at me over text along with a number of other passive aggressive texts. The person was made aware the text was inappropriate and given the opportunity to apologies, but chose not to. Overall, I found them unprofessional, untrustworthy and rude This incident happened nearly two years ago, but the company continually tried to remove my reviews and manipulate goodie reviews rating. Hence why I will continue to report it to warn others.

I needed some documents about an import in UK, they have managed in May 2025. I had to call them several times (about one week from Saturday untill Thursday) and at the end they were not able to help me. They did only part of the job, but the customer service can actually be improved.
