Brendan OosseWe had NextGen Pest Solutions come out to our house in July 2023 to take care of a squirrel/rat problem in our attic. They were able to provide a quote over the phone and come out quickly to begin work. While this speed seemed like a good thing at the time, I now realize that, without an in-person inspection/quote, they were unable to identify/treat the whole problem. Animal activity decreased for about a year and picked back up after the 1-year warranty expired. Now, 18 months later, I had another company come out to assess the issue, and they noticed that NextGen missed a number of spots and failed to address the crawl space, resulting in increased animal activity. Unfortunately, I had to pay for exclusion work that should have been covered by NextGen the first time. I would not recommend NextGen, as their process (from assessment/quoting to delivery) is not as thorough as others.
