This company is a joke to work with. I was hit by one of their clients and had to pay for an inspection myself. Every body shop will agree that they should have paid for the inspection. Not only this, they don't listen, lack of customer respect and customer service, they talk over the top of you as the customer, lack of empathy. I will never use this company for car insurance ever nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Worst experience ever.
